The end of July can feel like a slog. Kids are restless, the heat sticks around, and summer vacation starts to lose its shine. But this week, from Monday through Thursday, Hudson County is offering a lineup that might just break the monotony.

Monday, July 27
Start the week with something delicious. The Coquí Club, a Puerto Rican pop-up, lands at The Alps on Palisade Avenue in Jersey City at 5 p.m. Think mofongo, pernil, maybe a piña colada. It’s not every day you get that kind of flavor on a Monday.
