Procession with floats will celebrate the hometown team’s historic LLWS run on Sunday, September 13.
Bayonne will hold a procession with floats on Sunday, September 13, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon to honor the players and coaches of the 2026 Little League World Series team. The event, organized by Bayonne Little League and the City of Bayonne Recreation Division, will wind through city streets and end with a ceremony.
This is the first Bayonne team to compete in a Little League World Series, making the celebration a historic moment for the community. Residents are encouraged to line the route and show support for the hometown heroes.
The procession will start at 30th Street and Avenue C at 10:30 a.m., then move east on 30th Street to Broadway, turn right, and head south on Broadway to 5th Street.
The floats will then turn right on 5th Street, go west to Avenue C, and continue south to 1st Street before turning right to reach the Little League facility at 1st Street and Kennedy Boulevard, where a ceremony will be held.
The City of Bayonne is extremely proud of our World Series heroes. We welcome this opportunity to honor the first team in Bayonne history that competed in a Little League World Series,” said Mayor Sharon Nadrowski.
