Police are looking for the man responsible for a late-night gas station robbery in North Bergen.
A man driving what police believe was a late-model Mercedes SUV pulled into the Delta gas station parking lot on the corner of 51st Street and Tonnelle Avenue but left shortly before 11 p.m., said Capt. David Corbisiero.
He came back a few minutes later and went inside “brandishing” a handgun. He demanded cash from the attendant and left with more than $3,600, Corbisiero said.
No injuries were reported.
