Boutique development at 262-266 New York Avenue offers 11 residences with Japandi style.
Sales have officially launched at The TwoSixtyTwo, a new boutique condominium development at 262–266 New York Avenue in Jersey City’s Heights neighborhood.
The project, developed by Academy Capital, brings limited new construction to a fast-growing part of Jersey City, with just 11 residences including a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes.
The elevator building offers 10 condominium homes and one live-work unit, with four one-bedrooms, four two-bedrooms, and two three-bedrooms.
Residences feature Japandi-inspired design, walnut flooring, kitchens with light oak cabinetry and quartz countertops, and bathrooms with terrazzo flooring and green accent tile.
Early interest is expected to be strong given the limited inventory in The Heights, according to the development team.
Impact: Residents will enjoy in-unit washers and dryers, smart thermostats, ButterflyMX video intercom, and a shared rooftop with Manhattan skyline views.
What Happens Next: A launch event is set for Thursday, August 6, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., where prospective buyers can tour the residences and learn more. Pricing details are available through SERHANT.
With boutique inventory scarce in the neighborhood, The TwoSixtyTwo could attract buyers seeking new construction with modern amenities.
