Casa One, a new 196-unit rental tower in Journal Square, is now leasing its first phase with limited-time incentives, according to developers. The building, developed by Manchanda Group and presented by Team Moza of Prom Properties Sotheby’s International Realty, aims to redefine contemporary city living.
This marks a significant addition to Journal Square’s growing residential landscape, offering a mix of studios to three-bedroom homes. The project reflects a broader trend of new developments bringing modern amenities and design to Jersey City neighborhoods, appealing to both new residents and those looking to upgrade.
The building includes studios, one-bedrooms, one-bedroom-plus-dens, and three-bedroom residences, all featuring in-unit washers and dryers, ample storage, and expansive floor plans with large windows.
Amenities span a rooftop pool, barbecue stations, dog run, fitness center, yoga room, resident lounges, conference rooms, a 24-hour attended lobby, and an on-site coffee shop.
“When we envisioned Casa One, we didn’t want to create just another rental building,” said Kabir Manchanda, founder of Manchanda Group. “We wanted to think more thoughtfully about what makes a residence feel like home.”
